Rachel has particular expertise in the areas of product liability, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, including involvement in large scale litigation. She has experience in commercial leasing disputes, and regularly acts for parties to contentious rent reviews. She regularly appears in alternative dispute resolution forums, in particular arbitration and mediation. Rachel is qualified to practise in Hong Kong, having spent seven years as an associate in the financial services litigation team of a major international firm in Hong Kong. She also has significant in-house experience and was responsible for establishing the local legal and compliance function for a major international insurance brokerage
