Daniel Nilsson

Daniel acts on matters covering a variety of areas, including trade practices, company, product liability, construction, and intellectual property issues, including involvement in large and complex litigation. He also has particular experience in media and defamation matters, acting for both media organisations and individuals, including in relation to contempt and suppression issues. He regularly appears in both the district and senior courts and at mediations.
